Golf Warm Up

Begin slowly doing each motion 10-15 reps.
Do each motion Left and Right Alternating between both sides.
Take full swings at about 60-70% of full speed when done.

Lunge with Club. Alternate Left / Right

Lunge With Rotation. Rotate to the knee up side.

Overhead Deep Squat.
Keep feet forward, Shoulder width with Arms Straight Overhead.

Pelvic Rotation.
Keep shoulders forward while rotating hips L/R.

Side Bend

Side Bend...Keep knees bent.

Arm Circles. Small Circles, Forward and Back.

Wrist Circles

Wrist Circles...Rotate Left and Right.
