SHAFT Flex v. MUSCLE Flex?

Are you getting the best out of your body for golf?  Your clubs are probably doing their job!  Did you know that your club is most likely outperforming you every shot?

Think about it...your shaft properties are designed to get you maximum distance and all you have to do is perform on your highest level. Your CORE strength and endurance is crucial to maintain if you expect to get the most out of your equipment. The farther into the round you go, the more tired you will get.

Even Tigers performance in certain areas has been off...due to joint issues, but he is much more likely to hit a 300 yard drive with our clubs than we are...think about it...he is FIT for Golf! Your body is your most powerful (and most expensive) piece of equipment!

Is Your Spine In-Line?

A straight spine is crucial to a full turn on the backswing. Think about the axle of your car. Any curves in it would throw everything out of whack!

Improper spinal alignment also leads to greater chances for back pain.
