Hit the PLANK!
Great Exercise for
Golf Power!
As the saying goes...Glutes are King and CORE is Queen of the swing.
This exercise is great for basic core stability and strength.
What to do...With feet less than shoulder width apart, face down and put your wieght on your elbow/forearms at about 90 degrees and lift your mid-section off the ground. Keep your body in a straight line! Try to hold for 10 seconds and try do 3 sets!
Advanced version...Lift one leg, or hold for 30 seconds and do more sets. Switch and Lift other leg.
Do NOT continue if you feel back pain. Check with your doctor and give us a call as you need to be evaluated before you continue to play golf and make your back worse.
