Posture Improvement!
Whats the difference between these two pictures?
If you said Posture, you are correct. During your initial TPI screening process, we will take you through numerous test to find problem areas. The last month, a lot of my focus has been on posture. Over 80% of the (amateur) clients we deal with have at least 1 major postural problem that will interfere with making a good swing.
Just a few of the other issues most golfers will have with poor posture are...
1. Low Back Pain 2. Fatigue 3. Poor swing plane 4. Incomplete backswing / follow-through.
As you can see, the above pictures have a happy ending. This client made a dramatic improvement in his set up posture in just one session. With this better posture during set up...this will allow for a greater turn...less stress on the LOW BACK and better use of the core muscles to stabilize.

Best Exercise for Golfers!
Torso Rotation in Golf Stance.
Here it is guys. Starting you off with a simple goodie. Hits the core w rotation and a variable resistance using the tube.
Keep your golf positions good and control the tube back and power through!
Try it out for the winter and you'll be LONGER off the tee in the Spring!

Tpi-Importance of Posture for your golf game/swing!
What is so important about your posture in your golf swing?
If you dont set up right, how can you expect to make a good swing when you are in a bad position.
About 33% of swing faults can be directly related to posture in your golf stance.
The TPI guys emphasize this on their show.
